New York City House Music

New York City House MusicThe best live New York City House Music is going to be at Cielo. You might as well stop trying to figure out a way around it. Yes, Cielo is somewhat trendy and you have to not look like a slob, but their are advantages to both. Two disadvantages you cant get around is the $10 or $20 cover charge at the door and the price of drinks once you're in. The trendy factor is slightly muted by the fact that its not as trendy as the surrounding clubs in the Meat Packing District.
Mondays you have DJ Francois K playing 'Deep Space'. Wednesdays you get Louie Vega and Kevin Hedge mixing in Classic House.
So, hide your trees, get over the clothes thing, drink before you arrive and drop the "issue" you have about paying to listen to great music. $10 during the week isn't asking too much. And by the way, don't even enter the MPD Friday to Sunday morning.
